General Information
Chiffon cake is a classic cake recipe that is light and fluffy. It has a delicate, soft texture that’s pillowy and melts in your mouth. We use chiffon cake and AZUO mingled cream for many of our signature cakes and celebration cakes to achieve a light and cloudlike texture.
All cakes are made by hand freshly in the morning with no preservatives used. Although the cake can be stored in the fridge for 2 days, we suggest consuming the cake on the same day of delivery or purchase for the best taste.
Keep the cake in the fridge under 4 degrees Celsius to maintain the best taste for longer. The moisture and bacteria in the fridge can also impact the cake’s storage time. Please consume the cake as soon as possible for the best experience. A cool environment is crucial to keeping the cream fresh and in the best texture. Note that the cake cannot be stored at room temperature for more than 1 hour and even less on a hot summer day.

We suggest communicating with our customization specialist online via Instagram or WeChat for the best outcome. Please find the contact details here. We apologize that custom orders won’t be taken in the shop due to the time required for communication and design. Online communication allows you and the specialist enough time to consider, discuss, evaluate the complexity of customized cakes, and provide a quote.
We accept orders at least one day before the delivery date. However, the delivery date will only be available for certain days and may become unavailable in our calendar when the order number exceeds our limitation. Please place your order as early as possible to ensure delivery availability.

You can contact the ordering assistant via Instagram or WeChat for same-day in-store pick-up. Alternatively, you can check directly with the shop for all general celebration cakes. Note that we can’t guarantee same-day orders due to the uncertainty of time and materials.

Unfortunately, we do not provide specific delivery times. Our delivery time will be between 10 am to 3 pm. You’ll receive an SMS notification before the delivery. We appreciate your understanding of the heavy workload for our drivers. Please try to reschedule the time with the driver if possible; otherwise, the cakes will be left as instructed.
